Most included systems allow you to save progress, although the method can vary by game, emulator and firmware. Some use the original in-game save system and others offer save states. Always exit the game and shut down the console correctly to reduce the risk of damaging files on the memory card.

The Retrovi Pro Reader has slots for standard SD and TF/microSD cards and is advertised for capacities up to 512 GB. The cards are not included. Before editing console files, make a backup so you can restore the original content if needed.

USB 3.0 can transfer compatible files faster when the computer port and card also support that speed. USB 2.0 is suitable for basic transfers but is slower. Choose the correct option on the product page before adding it to the cart, because the available variants may include both 2.0 and 3.0.

The Neko-Touch set includes 4 pairs, for a total of 8 silicone thumb grips. They are placed over compatible analog sticks to improve grip, add a softer feel and personalize the console with the paw design. No permanent modification is required.

The Troublemaker set includes 2 pairs, for a total of 4 high-density silicone grips. They provide an anti-slip surface and a black-and-white design. Compared with Neko-Touch, the main differences are the design and the number of pieces included.

The rigid protective case is designed for the Retrovi portable series, not for consoles of every possible size. Select the correct option and compare the product images and dimensions with your console before ordering, especially if your device was purchased elsewhere.

It uses a rigid high-density EVA exterior, a soft scratch-resistant lining, a reinforced zipper and an internal mesh pocket for small accessories such as cables, cards or earphones. It helps protect against everyday bumps, dust and scratches, but it should not be treated as a waterproof case or submerged in liquid.

All other enabled international destinations have a flat standard shipping rate of USD 24 per order, or the equivalent shown in the available checkout currency. Yes. The list is reviewed periodically according to carrier coverage and actual shipping costs, so destinations may be added, removed or moved between free and paid shipping. The rate displayed at checkout when the order is placed is always the applicable rate.

No. Retrovi Store currently does not ship to Venezuela because of logistics, carrier coverage and tracking limitations. If this changes, Venezuela will appear as an available destination during checkout.

Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery in Colombia is 6 to 14 business days in major cities and 9 to 18 business days in rural or difficult-to-access areas. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery under the published conditions. The Retrovi Champions Edition also includes a 90-day warranty for covered quality or manufacturing defects.
