1. General information
Retrovi Store operates this online store and sells electronic products, including the Retrovi Champions Edition Console.
By browsing the site, placing an order, or using its services, the customer accepts these Terms of Service, the Return and Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

3. Capacity to purchase
The customer declares that they have legal capacity to make the purchase or authorization from a parent or legal representative. Retrovi Store may cancel orders when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is unauthorized.
4. Product information
Retrovi Store seeks to provide clear and current information about product features, size, storage, accessories, package contents, compatibility, colors, use restrictions, delivery times, and warranty.
Photographs may show minor differences caused by lighting, display settings, manufacturing batch, or visual updates, provided the product purchased is not materially changed.
5. Performance and compatibility
System, emulator, and game performance may vary depending on the game, system version, configuration, memory card, files used, and updates.
Retrovi Store does not guarantee that every game or system will operate at the same level of performance. The customer must review the disclosed specifications and compatibility before purchasing.
6. Product trade name
“Retrovi Champions Edition Console” is the name used by Retrovi Store to commercially present the product in this store. This name does not necessarily mean that Retrovi Store is the original manufacturer of the hardware.
7. No official affiliation
The Retrovi Champions Edition Console is not presented as an official product sponsored or authorized by FIFA, tournament organizations, national teams, clubs, leagues, video game manufacturers, or sports trademark owners, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.
8. Prices
Prices will be displayed in the currency available for the customer's market. Before completing the purchase, the checkout will show the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges when applicable, and taxes or charges calculated during checkout.
Import taxes charged directly by foreign authorities may not be included unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
9. Promotions
Promotions are subject to their start and end dates, availability, enabled countries, participating products, and any other published conditions.
Retrovi Store may end a promotion when the stated period expires or availability is exhausted, without affecting orders already confirmed.
10. Orders
Before confirming the order, the customer must verify the product, variant, quantity, price, address, country, city, recipient name, telephone number, and email address.
Retrovi Store may reject or cancel an order because of a rejected payment, lack of inventory, incomplete information, an obvious information error, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or inability to deliver to the stated address.
If a paid order is canceled for a reason attributable to Retrovi Store, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed through Mercado Pago and any other methods displayed during checkout. The customer declares that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Retrovi Store does not directly store full payment-card details processed by Mercado Pago.
12. Fraud prevention
Retrovi Store may verify buyer information, request reasonable order confirmation, cancel suspicious transactions, provide evidence to Mercado Pago, banks, or authorities, and reject future orders associated with proven fraud.
These measures will not be used to penalize a consumer who submits a legitimate claim.
13. Delivery
Retrovi Store will arrange delivery to the address provided by the customer. Handing the order to the carrier does not eliminate any legal responsibility Retrovi Store may have toward the consumer.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
14. Returns and warranty
Returns, cancellations, withdrawals, warranties, and refunds will be handled according to the Return and Refund Policy published in the store.
15. Proper use
The customer must use compatible chargers and voltages, avoid impacts, water, and moisture, create backups before modifying files, follow product instructions, and avoid unauthorized internal modifications.
Retrovi Store will not be responsible for damage directly caused by proven misuse.
16. Intellectual property
Retrovi Store's original texts, logo, designs, photographs, videos, and materials may not be used commercially without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, characters, video games, systems, emulators, and content belong to their respective owners. Nothing in this store transfers third-party intellectual-property rights to the customer.
17. Prohibited conduct
· Fraud or impersonation.
· Illegal activities.
· Introducing malicious code.
· Unauthorized access.
· Orders placed with deliberately false information.
· Proven abuse of returns or chargebacks.
· Unauthorized commercial copying of Retrovi Store content.
18. Third-party services
The store may use external services such as Shopify, Mercado Pago, carriers, tracking tools, messaging services, and analytics or advertising applications. These providers may have their own terms and policies.
19. Limitation of liability
Retrovi Store will not be responsible for damage caused exclusively by misuse, incorrect modifications made by the user, false information provided by the customer, or unforeseeable and unavoidable events outside its control.
This section does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Changes
Retrovi Store may update these terms because of legal, technical, or operational changes. Changes will not retroactively alter the conditions of orders already confirmed.
21. Applicable law
These terms will be interpreted under the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory rights applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
22. Consumer protection
Consumers may consult information about their rights on the official website of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce — Consumer Protection.
